I was struggling to stay motivated with my small business – I needed some encouragement, some business advice and some collegiality – and then Anna Ramondetta and AlumniXX happened in my life – THANK GOODNESS!

We set our goals, we help each other over the hurdles, we talk about the wins and the falls and Anna guides us through it all. Being in AlumniXX has enabled me to reframe how I think about my business and opened up my horizons and opportunities – I can’t thank Anna enough.

The best thing I’ve ever done for my business was to join Anna at AlumniXX.

For many years I ran my business part time and I felt the moment was right for me to go full time. I wanted to keep it lighthearted yet take big bold steps towards my goals/dreams/life I want to live.

The first thing I noticed about Anna was her whole hearted approach. No question is too big or too small. She knows an embarrassed comment hidden in a laugh is business gold and will help that person realise it and act on it.

After each of our monthly accountability sessions I feel inspired, supported, strengthened, seen, and heard.

I was having a really hard time making a decision. I think it was all coming from a lack of confidence, guidance and being a sole entrepreneur. Sometimes, it’s just really difficult to know which way to turn.

Anna was brilliant, understanding my problem, giving me the confidence to move forward, and providing me with several possible solutions that made sense to my situation. It was just such a relief to have Anna guide me in the right direction. Anna’s kind, funny, sensitive, but most of all she’s just a really good coach. I would recommend her and AlumniXX to anyone.
